Applies to: Patients and Healthcare Practitioners using the ElarisHealth Platform.
1. About the Platform
ElarisHealth provides a secure digital platform that allows:Patients to access health insights, lifestyle recommendations, and communicate with their healthcare providers for non-urgent matters.Healthcare practitioners to manage patient information, view medical histories, and communicate securely with patients.Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the ElarisHealth Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. Key Conditions of Use
Users must be of legal age (patients) or licensed professionals (practitioners).Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided when registering.Accounts are personal — users must keep login credentials secure.Certain services or features may require payment, with clear fee disclosure before charges apply.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the platform only for lawful, personal (for patients) or professional (for practitioners) purposes.
You must not:
-Copy, resell, or reverse engineer the platform;
-Upload harmful or unlawful content;
-Use it for emergency or urgent medical needs;
-Violate intellectual property or privacy laws.
4. No Medical Advice
The platform’s AI-based Lifestyle Recommendations and messaging features do not replace professional medical care.
Patients should always consult licensed providers before making medical decisions.
Practitioners are fully responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any medical advice or communication through the platform.
ElarisHealth is not liable for treatment outcomes or clinical decisions made using the platform.
5. Privacy & Data Handling
‍ElarisHealth collects and uses personal and health information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Patient data may be shared with their authorized healthcare providers.
Practitioners are responsible for handling patient information in compliance with all applicable privacy laws.
ElarisHealth may use anonymized data for research and advocacy purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
‍All platform content and technology belong to ElarisHealth or its licensors.
Users may view and use content only as permitted. Feedback submitted may be used by ElarisHealth to improve the platform.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of accuracy or performance.
ElarisHealth’s total liability is limited to the lesser of CAD $100 or the amount paid for services.
The company is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or third-party content.
8. Governing Law
‍These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and disputes will be handled in Ontario courts after good-faith discussion and mediation attempts.
